The biggest COMMUNICATION problem is we do not listen to understand.. we listen to REPLY!!! LISTENING is an act of LOVE!! When you LISTEN to others, you are COMMUNICATING non-verbally that they are IMPORTANT to you!!! A lot of PROBLEMS in the world would DISAPPEAR if we would talk TO one another instead of ABOUT each other!!! COMMUNICATION in any and all kinds of RELATIONSHIPS is like OXYGEN is to life!!! Without COMMUNICATION, a RELATIONSHIP dies!!! We need to SPEAK in a way that others will love to LISTEN to you and LISTEN in such a way that others will love to SPEAK to you!!!
